When processing PD, the Operator has the right to perform the following actions with my PD: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction.
The PD subject agrees that in order to implement the terms of contracts concluded between the PD Subject and the Operator, including user agreements and/or the use of the software, services and services of the Operator, as well as for the purpose of concluding contracts with third parties by the PD subject using the software, services and services of the PD Operator, there may be transferred in full:

its affiliates, the current and complete list of which is posted on the website of LSR Group PJSC in the section Disclosure of information;
to third parties on the basis of contracts concluded by the Operator with them, the consent of the Subjects of personal data.

The subject of PD has the right to withdraw his consent to the processing of PD:

Withdrawal of consent to PD processing can be sent to the Operator in the form of a notification only with the handwritten signature of the PD Subject or with an enhanced qualified electronic signature.
Notification of the withdrawal by the PD Subject of his consent to the PD processing with the PD Subject's handwritten signature is sent to the Operator by registered mail to the address specified in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.

Notification of the withdrawal by the PD Subject of his consent to the processing of PD must indicate the full name of the Operator, the address of the Operator, full name, registration address, series and number of the identity document indicating the authority that issued the document of the PD Subject, the current date and signature of the PD Subject, as well as the explicit will for the PD Subject to withdraw his consent to the processing of PD.
PD is stored by the Operator in a form that allows determining the subject of PD, no longer than the purposes of PD processing require, except in cases where the storage period of PD is established by federal law, an agreement to which the beneficiary or guarantor is the subject of PD.
PD on paper is stored by the Operator during the storage periods of documents for which these periods are provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of archival affairs. The shelf life of PD processed in IS PD corresponds to the shelf life of PD on paper.

The PD subject is considered to have given this Consent in full without any exceptions from the moment he created a User account in the software and/or service, personal account on the official website, Operator's website, by marking in a special place on the account creation page next to the link to the text of this Consent, and with regard to cookies, from the moment of confirmation in electronic form.
